We believe that when a clear path, a suitable environment, the right tools, and a good guide come together, every young person can start learning a new skill, practice it hands-on, and prepare step by step for their working future.

Why did Rubik Hub start?

Rubik Hub was formed with a simple belief: if the learning path is clear, and the right tools and a caring guide are at someone’s side, learning digital skills in Afghanistan can become a real, rewarding experience.

We have lived the difficulty of learning programming and digital skills ourselves — from the lack of a clear path and a mentor to limited access to quality education. That is why we decided to build an environment where learning is not limited to watching videos and memorizing content.

Rubik Hub works to combine a clear learning path, mentorship, practice, and hands-on projects so young people can build real skills, find their next step, and get ready for future work opportunities.
