Rubik Hub

About Rubik Hub

Our story: from one small class to a learning community

Rubik Hub started with a simple belief: when the path is clear, the right tools are available, and a caring guide exists, learning digital skills in Herat is possible too.

Why did Rubik Hub start?

Rubik Hub's founders experienced the hard path of learning to code in Afghanistan themselves: no mentor, no clear path, and no community to lean on. Scattered online videos couldn't replace structured education, and traditional institutes mostly taught theory.

At the same time, many talented young people — especially girls shut out of formal education — needed a real opportunity. The global job market values skill, not geography; but reaching that skill without a guide was extremely hard.

Rubik Hub is our answer to that gap: neither a traditional institute nor a collection of online videos, but an organized learning community with project-based training, weekly mentorship, and a clear path from zero to your first presentable work.

Our mission

Our work is for every student to leave Rubik Hub with a clear skill, work discipline, and a real portfolio — something they can show an employer.

Our vision

We want Rubik Hub to be a place the families of Herat confidently send their children to: measurable education quality, real promises, and students whose work speaks for itself.

Our Culture

The core values of Rubik Hub

These seven values are the foundation of our daily work; in class, in projects, and in how we treat each other.

Discipline

Regular attendance, daily practice, and commitment to the path; the foundation of every real improvement.

Focus

Deep work on one skill, instead of scattering across dozens of topics.

Respect

Respect for each other, for mentors, and for the shared learning space.

Growth

A little better than last week every week; steady growth matters more than speed.

Creativity

The courage to build new things and find different solutions.

Community

We learn together; helping our peers is part of the work.

Honesty

Truthfulness in our work, in feedback, and in the promises we make.
